Training
All teams train at the Aldershot Garrison on Wednesday evenings. Junior training is 6.30pm until 8.00pm and senior training is between 8.00pm and 10.00pm. Some training sessions may be limited to certain teams depending on fixtures.
Players are expected to be at every relevant training session throughout the season, and if you are unable to train on a particular day, please ensure you have notified your captain, coach or a member of the committee by mid-day on the Tuesday. Be aware that if you have not attended training, you may not be selected to start in the next match. Directions to Aldershot Garrison can be found to the right >.

- Leave the M25 at Junction 12, heading towards Basingstoke on the M3
- Leave the M3 at Junction 4 - Farnborough
- At the roundabout, turn right towards the A331
- You will almost immediately come to another large roundabout, head straight across towards the A331 towards Farnham / Aldershot (you will need to be in one of the right-hand lanes as this takes you onto a dual-carriageway
- Take the 2nd exit off the dual-carriageway, A3011 signposted Aldershot / Aldershot Military Town
- At the roundabout, go straight accross which takes you back over the dual-carriageway
- At the next roundabout, take the 1st exit (left) towards Aldershot Military Town
- Go past a row of shops on your right, and at the next roundabout take the 1st exit (left)
- Follow this road, going straight accross the mini-roundabout
- You'll go through 3 sets of traffic lights, past a military Museum, the Army Rugby ground and Aldershot Military Stadium, all on your left
- At the fourth set of traffic lights, turn left and follow the road to the end, past the indoor tennis centre, hockey pitch, and you'll come to the Sports Centre
